JRK Pro Landscape Mix with Tazo
Blend: 20% Kentucky Bluegrass, 20% Kentucky Bluegrass, 10% Kentucky Bluegrass, 20% Creeping Red Fescue, 30% Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass
Pro Landscape Mix is a selection of top performing, second tier bluegrass varieties formulated to produce an above average lawn that performs best at 3” mowing height. Pro Landscape will require more water and fertilizer to maintain turf quality compared to Ultra Lawn. Pro Landscape Mix will green up early in the spring and provide a quality turf into the fall.

Ultra Lawn is the ultimate home lawn for irrigated or non-irrigated lawns with mixed growing conditions. Ultra Lawn is formulated to produce a dark, dense lawn, that requires less mowing, and water. The genetic diversity of Ultra Lawn allows it to adapt to a wide range of management requirements from closely mowed and highly groomed to non-irrigated and infrequently fertilized.

Country Lawn Mix is a selection of improved bluegrass varieties with a more upright growth habit. Country Lawn is best suited for low input lawns without irrigation and where turf quality isn’t important. Country Lawn will produce a quality lawn when properly fertilized and mowed at 3”.

JRK Tough Shade Mix with Tazo
Blend: 90% Tall Fescue Blend, 10% Kentucky Bluegrass
Tough Shade is formulated for shaded areas where fine fescue varieties can’t survive because there is too much traffic. Tough Shade will blend with most bluegrass lawns, tolerate traffic conditions, and perform well in heavy soil conditions where fine fescue varieties will fail.

JRK 4 Fescue Low Grow, No Mow Mix/ Royal Links

The No Mow Mix can produce a very low maintenance lawn look when mowed 2-3 times per season. For the more No Mow, Native Look a fall or spring clean-up will keep the area vibrant and healthier.

Provides Fast Stabilization of Slopes to Reduce Potential ErosionDevelopment Mix is formulated to produce a quick cover to minimize the potential for erosion and to quickly form a strong root system to stabilize the soil. The plants in the Development Mix were also chosen because they will establish under a wide range of soil conditions and yet maintain a low growth habit to minimize mowing and reduce problems when establishing new lawns.

JRK MN DOT 500 Modified Mix
Blend: 20% Bromegrass, 20% Timothy, 20% Kentucky Bluegrass, 20% Perennial Ryegrass, 10% Medium Red Clover, 10% Creeping Red Fescue
Excellent for rural roadways and highway restoration projects. The Modified 500 Mix was formulated to match the old roadway Restoration Mixes but eliminated the plants that required a second mowing at the end of the summer because of regrowth. This mix will also be less attractive to deer and other wildlife because it will be past its vegetive growth period. This mix will also provide faster and better soil stabilization because there are more rhizome producing plants in this mixture.
